Warranty

The standard 3M 5-Year Warranty applies to the Scotchgard™ Paint Protection Film product. Please read the Warranty section of Application Guide for Professional Applicators (PDF) for details.

"3M warrants that applied Scotchgard Paint Protection Film will be free of defects in materials and manufacture – including yellowing, bubbling, or cracking -- for five (5) years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents caused by physical impact of rocks or road debris. The warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If there is a breach of this warranty, then 3M will have an installer remove the old film and apply new Scotchgard Paint Protection Film. "

"Applicator Warranties. Some installers may choose to offer, on their own behalf, different or additional warranties or remedies, beyond the limited warranty and limited remedy offered by 3M. The installer is responsible for the costs of any different or additional warranties or remedies beyond those described herein. This warranty does not apply to headlight and uncleared film. "

We guarantee that you will receive genuine 3M Scotchgard™ Paint Protection Film from NoChip™ Paint Protection Film Products.

We may accept on return, unopened full rolls of film in like-new condition. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Each NoChip™ PPF kit is digitally custom-cut to fit your specific vehicle after your order is placed. For this reason there are no returns allowed on custom-cut products.

3M Scotchgard™ Paint Protection Film is a very high-quality product that passes a number of quality control inspections before it reaches the consumer. Our professional production technicians quality inspect both the 3M film prior to digital production of your kit, and the final result before shipping to you. Product defects are very rare, so you can be confident of a high-quality product when your order arrives.

If a product or kit is defective, we will gladly exchange any defective product. All defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers must contact us before returning any item.

Please inspect your kit upon receipt. We recommend you compare it to your vehicle and the layout PDF, and test-fit it on a clean and dry vehicle, prior to installation. If you feel you have received the wrong kit, you must contact us immediately prior to installation.

Taxes

Taxes are applicable within Canada and will be added to the order total as follows:

Ontario Residents: 13% HST
All Other Canadian Provinces & Territories: Applicable GST or HST in your jurisdiction.

Shipping is normally by Canada Post Expedited Parcel for most items.

Shipping is normally by Canada Post Xpresspost International Service with tracking and insurance for the full value of your order. Delivery standard is 4-6 days.
There are a wide variety of international shipping options available. In most cases you will want to be able to insure and track your order. Since Shipping costs and standards vary by destination country, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your needs.
FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post Courier upgrades are available. Please contact us for a quotation.
International eBay Store customers are presented with a number of shipping options on eBay. Not all shipping options include insurance and tracking. Some options limit insurance coverage for loss or damage to a maximum of $100.00. International Air Small Packets. Delivery standard is 6 - 10 days. You order goes with the regular letter mail, with no real-time tracking available.
International Surface Small Packets. Delivery can take 4-6 weeks. You order goes with the regular letter mail, with no real-time tracking available. If you choose this service, please be prepared to exercise patience for your order to arrive. You order goes with the regular letter mail.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges if applicable are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
